This deal is for South Island customers only (any north island orders on these deals will be cancelled).
All orders are irrevocable under our standard Terms & Conditions — please order carefully.
We’re not based down south, so we can’t store unsold pergolas.
If you change your mind after arrival, the cost of shipping back to Auckland is on you.
Dispatch date = our estimated dispatch from Christchurch depot (not the delivery date to your home).
Final delivery is managed by our freight partners.
They’ll call to arrange a time - please answer your phone when they do! Depot pick-ups are allowed, but goods must be collected within 7 days or storage charges apply (regardless of any conditions).
Our freight partner cannot hold pergolas or accessories.
They must be dispatched within the given time frames.
You can discuss the exact timing with them when they contact you or storage charges may apply.
Delivery charge is calculated automatically at Checkout from Christchurch depot to your specified address.
If our system can’t find your address, the delivery charge will show as TBD.
Don’t panic, one of our team will contact you after payment with a quote for the additional delivery cost.

  • If goods are faulty and not repairable we will either exchange it for you or give you a full refund, whatever you desire.

  • Delivery dates displayed above are estimates only. You will be able to track your purchase at all times.

We know it’s disappointing when a deal does not make it to a full container load so if there’s any way we can combine several orders into one container to make the deal happen, rest assured, we will do it!

All you need to do is tilt the louvres to control light, airflow, and privacy with ease. Whether you’re blocking out harsh sunlight, cutting wind, or creating a private oasis, these sides give you the flexibility you need. To fill a whole side you will need 3 of the panels below.

  • 90cm Single Panel: Designed for 3m sides
     If you want the whole side covered  (You will need three to fill a 3m side  — use six on a 6m side.)

  • 123cm Single Panel:  Designed for 4m sides
    f you want the whole side covered (You will need three to fill a 4m side  — use six on a 8m side.)

WARRANTY 

Warranty does not cover fading or damage incurred due to extreme weather exposure (including heavy rain, winds, exposure to high heat from bbqs and heaters). It also does not cover damage caused by negligence, accident or misuse. Please follow the instruction manual for installation as damage caused by not following the instructions will void your warranty.

Warranty covers domestic use only and does not apply to commercial use. However, we will do our best to help with any issues or replacements parts.
