As soon we we are fully relocated we will make it a priority to open up for Pick-Ups, lockdown levels permitting.

We know that shipping delays and Covid lockdowns have meant you've had to wait even longer than you expected, and we appreciate your on-going patience!

To pick up your item from our Container Door Auckland Warehouse, place your order online as per normal and select the Pick-Up Option during the check-out process. 

As soon as the product has arrived at our Auckland Warehouse you will be sent an email with Pick up instructions:

When collecting your item, you must present a valid photographic ID and a copy of your Pick up Confirmation Email (either printed out or on your smart device). 
Please ensure that the person you have named to pick-up shows one of the following forms of ID: 

  • New Zealand Drivers License
  • Passport
  • 18+ Card


Items must be collected strictly within 14 days of the email collection notification. 

You will receive the following reminders: 

  • 7 days after collection notification reminder (email)
  • 14 days after collection notification reminder (email)

We reserve the right to cancel any purchase after this time.
