Auckland is moving to Alert Level 3 at 11.59 pm Tuesday 21st of September.

The alert level change allows us to begin dispatching non-essential items again.

Rest assured, our wonderful dispatch team has been working on-site at a safe distance from each other and our couriers will be operating with contactless delivery. 

Unfortunately, there will be no pick-ups for now but we will keep you updated as the situation develops.

Instructions

To pick up your item from our Container Door Auckland Warehouse, place your order online as per normal and select the Pick-Up Option during the check-out process. 

As soon as the product has arrived at our Auckland Warehouse you will be sent an email with Pick up instructions:

When collecting your item, you must present a valid photographic ID and a copy of your Pick up Confirmation Email (either printed out or on your smart device). 
Please ensure that the person you have named to pick-up shows one of the following forms of ID: 

  • New Zealand Drivers License
  • Passport
  • 18+ Card
     

Collections

Items must be collected strictly within 14 days of the email collection notification. 

You will receive the following reminders: 

  • 7 days after collection notification reminder (email)
  • 14 days after collection notification reminder (email)

We reserve the right to cancel any purchase after this time.
