WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
Our luxe louvres are a non-permanent structure and warranty does not cover fading or damage incurred due to extreme weather exposure (including heavy rain, winds, exposure to high heat from bbqs and heaters). It also does not cover damage to the luxe louvres caused by negligence, accident or misuse. Please follow the instruction manual for installation as damage caused by not following the instructions will void your warranty.
Warranty covers domestic use only and does not apply to commercial use. However, we will do our best to help with any issues or replacements parts.
*In some cases, a building or resource consent may be needed. For luxe louvres over 20 square metres we recommend checking with your local council authorities for further information and guidance.*
