Part of one of our best selling Resort Collection ranges, the Gio lounger takes the same premium materials and clean design people already love about the wider Gio collection and turns them into a seriously good poolside seat.

The adjustable back lets you sit up with a drink, recline with a book, or lie back and completely ignore your responsibilities for a while. The generous cushioning keeps it properly comfortable, while the clean aluminium frame gives it that polished resort look without feeling heavy or bulky.

Choose White or Anthracite for a crisp, modern finish, or go for the Oak Look if you want the warmth of timber without the sanding, staining or general maintenance nonsense. Whichever finish you pick, you’re getting the same premium build designed to handle real outdoor life and New Zealand weather doing what it does best.

Premium Outdoor Fabrics & Materials

The Gio cushions are upholstered in COUTUREtex, a 100% solution dyed acrylic fabric designed specifically for outdoor use. It is waterproof, stain repellent and weatherproof, while still having a soft, premium feel.

COUTUREtex is also backed by a 5 year fabric warranty, so it is made to handle plenty of outdoor lounging while still looking good season after season.

The aluminium frames are finished using a premium powder coating process, giving them a tough, consistent surface designed to resist moisture, corrosion and UV exposure. The White and Anthracite finishes keep things clean, modern and seriously chic.

The Oak Look finish uses a heat transfer treatment applied directly to the aluminium frame, giving you the warmth and appearance of real timber without the usual maintenance or colour change. It is also UV resistant, which means less upkeep and more time doing absolutely nothing.

Care & Maintenance

For regular cushion cleaning, use a soft brush or sponge with a neutral pH detergent. Rinse thoroughly with clear water after cleaning and allow the fabric to dry naturally.

Clean the aluminium frame with a soft cloth, mild soap and fresh water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals or scouring pads.

For Oak Look frames, no timber oils, stains or preservatives are required. The heat transfer finish is designed to give you the look of wood without the usual timber maintenance.

If used in a coastal environment, rinse the aluminium frame regularly with fresh water to help remove salt build up.

For the best long term care, we recommend keeping the lounger under cover during winter or when it is not being used for extended periods.
