Our glass sliding doors are securely packaged in sturdy crates for maximum protection during transport. After working closely with our freight partners, we’re confident they can be delivered safely throughout the country.
Important Delivery Info:
Due to the size and weight (over 200kg), all deliveries will arrive on a pallet via driveway drop-off only. This means the freight company will not carry the crate up stairs, into garages, or around the back of properties.
Please note: Glass is considered high risk by freight carriers, and unfortunately, they do not offer insurance or damage cover for glass items. That said, we take every precaution to ensure your order is protected, all crates are carefully checked before dispatch.
If your doors arrive damaged, we will replace them. However, replacement times may vary, as we operate a pre-order business model and do not carry backup stock for pergola accessories.
Important: If any damage occurs, photo evidence must be provided within 7 days of delivery. Claims made outside this window cannot be accepted, as we cannot verify when the damage occurred.
Pick-Up & Depot Collection Options:
Prefer to play it safe? You’re welcome to pick up your order from our Auckland warehouse, or collect from your nearest freight depot if that gives you more peace of mind.
WARRANTY
Warranty does not cover fading or damage incurred due to extreme weather exposure (including heavy rain, winds, exposure to high heat from bbqs and heaters). It also does not cover damage caused by negligence, accident or misuse. Please follow the instruction manual for installation as damage caused by not following the instructions will void your warranty.
Warranty covers domestic use only and does not apply to commercial use. However, we will do our best to help with any issues or replacements parts.
