Yes, 3kg of crayfish!
These crays are not previously-frozen, they have been freshly caught. They're almost entirely deceased (but they're just alive enough to keep them fresh enough for you to eat).
If the crayfish are still moving...
...just put them in the freezer or a sink full of tap-water for 30 mins. (Pro tip: you can cover the sink with a bread board if you wish.) These are the most humane ways to send your crayfish off to permanent sleep.
