Smoking a succulent snapper supper couldn't be simpler with our sensational stainless steel fish-smoker. You'll whip up a feast of tender and delicious smoked fish in just 15 fool-proof minutes - the hardest part will be catching dinner (and we know you're an expert at that)!
- fill the bowl with a splash of methylated spirits, light then place under the tray
- scatter your favourite smoker sawdust for flavouring (we love us some hickory!)
- place the fish on the grill-grid above the sawdust
- cook for 10 minutes using the flame then 5 minutes without (keeping the lid on the whole time)
