Ben's Fave Beef Cheeks: Throw them into a casserole pot. Add garlic, onion, a generous seasoning of salt and pepper, bay leaf, carrots, a couple of big licks of red wine. Simmer until veggies are done - bloody divine, serve on kumara mash for something different!
