It is recommended pulling out your filter and giving it a clean, every 2 weeks to remove debris and dirt. You can do this with a good spray of the garden hose, Depending on usage every 12 months or so you will need to replace the filter.

If goods are faulty and not repairable we will either exchange it for you or give you a full refund, whatever you desire.
