Cook them low and slow on a BBQ or in the oven, baste them with any number of classic Asian marinades or BBQ sauces from the American South and prepare for a revelation of biblical proportions. And with all that meat you'll have a few to share - if you're feeling saintly.

These 5-bone short ribs are available in FOUR or SIX packs and will be dispatched frozen, vacuum-packed, chilled, right to your door via 3 hour courier. So, either leave them out to cook and serve to your guests or store and freeze them for when you need.  See the weights and sizes below:
