The Air Floor inflates within minutes and it's easy to adjust the air pressure to get the firmness that suits your requirements. At full inflation it creates a surface equivalent to a solid floor, while inflating it to a moderate level will make it optimal for low-to-mid-level training and inflation to a minimum level will make it more fun for recreational purposes.
You can velcro two or more together and when you're done, the Air Floor folds away for easy storage. Perfect!
